Imagine this -actually posting to my blog. Its about time!
Okay here is a quick kitchen tip for you. Don't you hate when you open something, put in your fridge, and later on when cleaning your fridge (or looking for something to eat and grab something unsure if it will be good or make you sick from being too old) -you don't know when it was opened/how old it is... Well.............................When you open something, grab a sharpie pen, write the date on it before putting in the fridge. Very simple to do and takes out of the guess work.

What I'm Thankful For....
Jacob (my 9 year old) came home from school on Tuesday w/a list of things he was Thankful for. I wasn't allowed to read it because it was for Thanksgiving. So on Thursday, while Steve, myself, Nathan, and my grandparents sat around the table -Jacob stood up and read his list of things he was Thankful for. This is what it said:
I am thankful for me because I have many relatives. I'm thankful for my mom because without her I wouldn't be here right now & I'm thankful for my dad because without him I'd be a different person. And last but not least my bro. because he keeps me company & he is fun to fight with.
It was so cute to hear him read what he is Thankful for.
I'm going to save this piece of paper and have to show him when he is older.
